While we do not doubt that you take stunning photos, we have promised our prospective buyers that they can use our ZoomllaTour to look around all the real estate on our site. Also, we can only guarantee that it looks the same for every listing if it is prepared by our team, who use special cameras for the task. Anyway, we will do it for you for free, and you won't have to lift a finger!
Does it take long to prepare a virtual tour?
Not at all. The shooting takes no more than an hour and a half, depending on the size of the property. If a weekday isn't convenient for the homeowner, our team can also schedule for the weekend.
What happens if I decide not to list my real estate after you have prepared my ZoomllaTour? Do I have to pay for it in this case?
While we would certainly be sorry to see you go, we wouldn't charge you for the shooting if you decided not to list your property.
